Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Non-Customized Items: We gladly accept returns or exchanges for most non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, and we’re happy to assist with eligible returns.
- Customized Items: Due to their personalized nature, items featuring custom names, dates, or images are final sale once processing begins. These products are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be resold, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized products (e.g., items with names, dates, or custom designs)
- Undergarments
- Items purchased during limited-time promotions (unless otherwise specified)
- Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated through an approved request (see process below). We cannot accept items sent back without prior authorization.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions, including the correct shipping address and any additional steps.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Take your package to your local post office or preferred carrier and purchase a shipping label. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services.
- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until your return is processed.

Processing Your Return
- Timeline: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility. We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately upon processing. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that original shipping fees and any Shipping Guarantee costs are non-refundable.
- Verification: Before shipping, please double-check that the items being returned were purchased from trendiestgear.com. We are not responsible for items mistakenly sent to us that were not part of an order placed through our website.
